Smart-money signals on Arc: when one of the 25 wallets with the most realised profit in 24 h buys the same token in increments (3+ buys or $150+ within 60 minutes), or 2+ of them buy it together, AND they still hold at least half of what those buys received (read on chain: flippers who already sold give no signal), you get the token, the wallets' 24 h record, our simulated $1 buy-then-sell, and a staged plan (entries 40/30/30% at 0/-8/-15%, exits 50/30/20% at +10/+25/+50%, a quarter-Kelly bankroll cap). An open signal closes as EXITED when those wallets hold less than half, and warns at 60% down. Checked every 2 minutes; whole track record included. Not advice.
