For a Nano (XNO) account address, returns live frontier/balance and the most recent confirmed receives, optionally answering 'did this account receive exactly amount=? (raw)'. Use when you know the recipient but not the block hash. Live public-node data; absence of a match is reported honestly as found:false.

How to call it
