Overview

WATCHER: get a signed callback when a package publishes a new version — track your dependencies. Arm once, pay once. registry is 'npm' or 'pypi'; name is the package name (e.g. react, requests). Fires when the latest version changes; bounded by maxFires/expiry. The version at arm time is baselined. Signed (verify offline) + retried; recoverable via watchers.status. Returns a watcherId.

How to call it

Requests are paid per call over the x402 protocol. Call the endpoint, receive a 402 Payment Required quote, then repeat the request with the signed payment header. The SDKs do both steps for you.
