Watchlist alerts for up to 25 reward coins since `since`: payout_landed, payout_stale (no payout for 24h+), stopped_trading (no 24h volume), holders_change (±10% default), and rewards_since (paid to holders, quote + USD). Plus current payout status per coin. From the 10-minute index in milliseconds; poll it and pass checked_at back as since.

How to call it

Requests are paid per call over the x402 protocol. Call the endpoint, receive a 402 Payment Required quote, then repeat the request with the signed payment header. The SDKs do both steps for you.
