The carrier's BASIC measures from FMCSA's Safety Measurement System (unsafe driving, hours-of-service, vehicle maintenance and more) from the monthly public snapshot. All carriers get measures and acute/critical flags; percentiles and threshold alerts are public only for passenger carriers, null for freight carriers. Complements carrier-authority-check.

How to call it
