Looks up the archived copy of a public URL closest to a given timestamp and can fetch cleaned archived page text. Useful for citation repair, provenance checks, and reference rot fixes. Use it as an archive snapshot finder, web archive URL builder, or Wayback Machine snapshot API.

How to call it

Requests are paid per call over the x402 protocol. Call the endpoint, receive a 402 Payment Required quote, then repeat the request with the signed payment header. The SDKs do both steps for you.
