Drug safety card from open sources in one call: pass ?name=ibuprofen (brand or generic) or a substance such as MDMA. RxNorm normalises the name to its ingredients; then the FDA label warnings (boxed warning, contraindications, interactions), FDA adverse-event report counts with the top reactions, recent FDA recalls, molecule facts (ChEMBL) and harm-reduction dose ranges and dangerous combinations (PsychonautWiki). Every source is named with its licence (CC0, CC BY-SA) and credit. Information, not medical advice and not a verdict. A name we cannot find is answered before payment: nothing is charged.

How to call it
