Overview

Estimates the monthly housing payment for home affordability checks. Same backend as mortgage-payment-calculator, returning PITI, escrow components, optional housing DTI, score, and recommendation. Use it as a home affordability payment API, monthly mortgage payment calculator, or housing DTI estimator.

How to call it

Requests are paid per call over the x402 protocol. Call the endpoint, receive a 402 Payment Required quote, then repeat the request with the signed payment header. The SDKs do both steps for you.
