Fetches, parses, and summarizes SEC EDGAR filings for any public company by ticker or CIK. Resolves ticker to CIK against EDGAR, returns structured filing metadata (form, filed_date, accession_number, period_of_report, primary_document_url) for the most recent N filings of a chosen form type, optionally pulls the latest filing's full clean text, and optionally runs it through a Venice executive summary tuned to the form type. Covers 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, S-4, DEF 14A, Form 4, and 13F-HR: annual and quarterly reports, proxies, insider trading, and institutional holdings. 100% public-domain SEC data, no auth. Use it as a SEC filings API, SEC filing search by ticker or CIK, or public-company filing pull.

How to call it

Requests are paid per call over the x402 protocol. Call the endpoint, receive a 402 Payment Required quote, then repeat the request with the signed payment header. The SDKs do both steps for you.
