Price a single trading card. Pass game (categoryId or name), set (the groupId), and productId (the TCGplayer product id, from tcg.set-prices). Returns the matching card { productId, name, number, rarity, prices:[{ subType, market, low, mid, high }], url } with every printing/subtype. 404 if the productId is not in that set.
