Overview

WATCHER: get a signed callback when the Crypto Fear & Greed index crosses a level (e.g. drops into Extreme Fear). Arm once, pay once. conditionType 'above'/'below'; threshold is the index value 0–100. Fires once per crossing; bounded by maxFires/expiry. Signed (verify offline) + retried; recoverable via watchers.status. Returns a watcherId.

How to call it
