Overview

Pulls company fundamentals as structured time-series straight from SEC XBRL filings. For a US-listed ticker (or CIK), returns revenue, net_income, EPS (basic/diluted), total_assets, cash, operating_cash_flow, and dozens more line items, each with value, unit (USD, USD/shares, shares), period start/end, fiscal year/quarter, form (10-K / 10-Q), and underlying XBRL concept. Wraps the EDGAR Company Facts API; public-domain SEC data, a Bloomberg/CapIQ-substitute for fundamentals. Use it as a SEC XBRL financials API, income-statement and balance-sheet feed, revenue + net-income + EPS history source, or 10-K + 10-Q line-item extractor.
