Independently confirms whether a Nano (XNO) block actually landed on-chain. Given a 64-hex block hash, returns confirmed (bool), subtype, account, amount (raw + XNO), height, successor, and whether a live public node reports it cemented — plus the block's confirmation data. The buyable unit is 'tell me definitively whether this specific transfer happened', chain-agnostic. Pay-per-call USDC via x402; no signup, no API key.
