Generate a QR code for any text/URL and return it as an inline SVG (and a base64 data URI). Query: ?text=<content> (required), size=<px per module, default 6> and margin=<modules, default 4>. Pure CPU, no external service.

How to call it

Requests are paid per call over the x402 protocol. Call the endpoint, receive a 402 Payment Required quote, then repeat the request with the signed payment header. The SDKs do both steps for you.
