Everything about an Arc token in one call: can you sell it (a real buy-and-sell round trip through its Uniswap v4 pool, the pool fee and the hook permission bits, as a 0-100 safety score with reasons) AND what its owner can do to holders (mint, pause, blacklist, fees, upgradeable proxy, who owns it), read from the bytecode. Cheaper than the two checks bought separately.

How to call it
