Overview

EDGAR filings API / edgar filings lookup / SEC filing search / SEC EDGAR company filings feed. Same backend as sec-filing for agents searching public-company 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, DEF 14A, Form 4, and 13F-HR filings by ticker or CIK, with filing metadata, document URLs, optional full text, and optional executive summaries from public-domain SEC data.

How to call it

Requests are paid per call over the x402 protocol. Call the endpoint, receive a 402 Payment Required quote, then repeat the request with the signed payment header. The SDKs do both steps for you.
